Cleaning and Insulation in a Single Automation
The vertically operating, remote-controlled cleanable guillotine glass balcony system is a registered design by our R&D team. When the panels reach the bottom level, the espagnolette locks open and the panels tilt inward like a tilt-turn window. Even on high floors, they can be wiped 100% safely from inside your home, without leaning outside.
Exterior Glass Cleaning and Wind Insulation Solution for High-Rise Residences
Project Need: For our customers living in high-rise buildings, wiping the exterior glass surfaces posed a life-threatening danger, and stormy weather brought howling wind noise.
Real's Solution: A Real Cleanable Insulated Guillotine Glass system, featuring a wheeled steel scissor mechanism and a tilt-turn opening mode, was installed on the balcony. The glass panels can be safely tilted into the room, allowing easy cleaning.
Result: Safe cleaning was achieved without leaning outside, and wind and cold were completely blocked thanks to the 100% EPDM-gasketed insulated-glass structure.
Wheeled Steel Scissor Mechanism
Unlike products found elsewhere on the market, the glass panels glide smoothly in the track channels on wheeled steel scissor arms, without any vibration.
Moving Handrail
A patented, flexibly structured, safe handrail profile that prevents hands, fingers, or any object from getting caught.
100% Isolation
EPDM PVC gaskets and double-row brush seals are used at all profile joints, providing maximum heat savings.
