We establish transparent communication in all our commercial activities. All declarations, data, and technical specs we present to our customers, dealers, and legal institutions reflect 100% truth. We never allow hidden costs or deceptive campaigns.

We fully protect the legal rights (SGK, OHS, union rights) of all our colleagues working in our Yalova and Bursa facilities. We apply a zero-tolerance policy against child labor and guarantee a safe working environment.

We never use low-quality, recycled plastic scraps or unbaked weak aluminum in the systems we offer to our consumers. Every part bearing the REAL brand exactly complies with the declared engineering standards.

We firmly stand against bribery, privilege requests, or irregular relations in all public institutions, private sector projects, and procurement processes. International anti-dumping and anti-corruption standards are implemented within our company.
Sustainability and Environment
To protect our natural resources, we use 100% recyclable primary aluminum ores (in EN-573-3 standards). Zero waste regulation is implemented in our production facilities, and no toxic gases or chemical emissions are released into the environment.
Our Dealer and Fair Trade Charter
Real Cam Balkon implements a fair trade chain that does not compete with its dealers, but directly protects and grows them.
No Direct Sales Principle
Our factories do not enter into unfair competition with our dealers by selling directly retail to end-users in regions where our dealers are located. Orders are directed straight to the local dealer.
Millimetric Dealer Automation
Thanks to the software we developed, our dealers can produce their projects with millimetric error margins and zero waste. Thus, the most fair and transparent pricing is always offered to the consumer.
Flawless Assembly and 3D Guarantee
Our in-house architect team prepares 3D visual renders and assembly manuals for our dealers' projects. We prevent customer grievances by stopping faulty execution on the field.
